Scope of application
SGB(11, 12, 13, 14, 18) type H insulated dry power transformer has strong thermal shock ability, large over-load capacity, flame resistance, high fire performance, low loss, small local discharge, low noise, no harmful gas, no pollution to the environment, insensitive to humidity, dust, small size, no cracking, easy maintenance. Therefore, it is most suitable for use in harsh environments with high fire protection requirements, large load fluctuations, and dirty and wet. Such as: airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated areas and petroleum, chemical, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines and other special environments.
Iron core
The core is made of imported silicon steel sheet with high quality grain orientation and high magnetic permeability. 45% full oblique joint structure, elastic fixing device between winding and iron core, so that the transformer has low no-load loss and noise. The surface of the iron core is treated by special process, which not only reduces the noise of the transformer but also prevents the iron core from rusting during the operation of the transformer. The iron core is moderately clamped by the pull screw, the upper and lower clamps are connected by the pull plate and fixed with the base as one, the winding is fixed by the elastic pad, and the buffer structure can reduce the vibration degree of the winding and reduce the noise.
High and low voltage coils
The high and low voltage coils are made of Nomex@ insulating material, and the solvent-free dipping paint is diffused by VPI vacuum pressure equipment for many times, and the high temperature heating is cured for many times. The high voltage coil adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and good heat dissipation conditions, avoiding the shortcomings of high voltage between layers of multi-layer circular coil, poor heat dissipation capacity, easy thermal breakdown and low mechanical strength, thus improving the reliability of product operation; Low voltage coil adopts foil or longitudinal airway high current spiral structure. The coil after immersion has excellent moisture-proof performance, is more able to withstand the impact, never cracks, no partial discharge, easy to decompose and recover after the life period, and protect the environment.
Shell
If the user needs, we can provide protection grade IP20 and IP23 enclosures.
The protection level of the enclosure IP20 means that solid foreign bodies with a diameter of 12mm are not allowed to enter. In order to ensure the circulation of cooling air, the bottom plate and the top of the housing are made of mesh plates. The meaning of the protection grade IP23 is not only the same as IP20, but also can prevent water from being poured into the vertical line within 60°.
Overheat protection
To protect against coil overheating, SG(B)10 dry transformers of 315KVA and above are equipped with a temperature display protection device. The device uses the temperature sensing element embedded in the low voltage winding as the signal source of the digital display instrument. When the temperature in the low-voltage winding changes, the temperature sensor displays a new temperature value, and performs control and alarm functions according to this temperature value to protect the transformer.
