Scope of application

SZ22-35kV double-winding on-load voltage regulating oil-immersed power transformer is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 35kV power system, 800-31 500/35 oil-immersed transformer as a small and medium-sized substation substation substation equipment.

Structural characteristics

Iron core

The core is cold rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability magnetic grain orientation. The iron core is a core type iron core, the inclined joint selection type iron core, the iron core column is a multi-step circular cross-section, the iron bar and the iron core are equal cross-section.

winding

The windings are concentric coils: the high voltage winding has a tap required for the tap voltage, which is led to the tap switch, the switch is installed on the box cover, and the tap voltage can be changed without cutting off the power supply. The switch operating mechanism has manual and automatic functions.

Safety protection device

The transformer is fitted with a gas relay

Oil protection device

Oil temperature measuring device

The transformer is equipped with a glass thermometer tube base, the tube base is located on the top of the tank, and extends into the oil 120:10mm; 1000kVA and above transformers equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;

Transformer tank and accessories

The transformer is generally not supplied to the car, and the welding position of the bottom bracket conforms to the provisions of GB6451-1999; The lower wall of the oil tank is equipped with an oil sample valve, and the lower part of the transformer oil tank is equipped with an oil discharge valve large enough;

Normal service condition

Installation height: the altitude does not exceed 1000m;
